Opening on Wednesday, February 11, 2026 (public holiday) at The National Art Center, Tokyo, YBA & Beyond: British Art in the 90s from the Tate Collection will launch a new collaborative podcast with radio station J-WAVE (81.3FM) titled “YBA & BEYOND PODCAST.”

Hosted by Moena Neuhaus, navigator of J-WAVE’s STEP ONE (Mon–Thu, 9:00–13:00), the program serves as an audio companion designed to enhance and expand the exhibition experience.

The exhibition’s official podcast will feature weekly guest appearances by the exhibition curators alongside guests active across various cultural fields. From exhibition highlights to the broader landscape of 1990s British culture, the series explores the themes of the show from multiple perspectives.

The first episode features an interview with Yukako Yamada, Senior Curator at The National Art Center, Tokyo. The second episode follows Gregor Muir (Director of Collection, Tate) and Helen Little (Curator, Contemporary Art, Tate Britain) as they walk through the exhibition, guiding listeners through key works. Future guests include Licaxxx and Yukkyun, among others, offering further insights into the exhibition from diverse viewpoints.
